MedEquipmentConnect is a lead generation and matching service that connects healthcare facilities with buyers and sellers of refurbished medical equipment. We do not sell, buy, or broker equipment directly.

No Warranties

We do not warrant or guarantee any equipment listed or sold through vendors in our network. All equipment specifications, conditions, warranties, and regulatory compliance are the responsibility of the buyer and seller.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information in all inquiries
• Conduct their own due diligence on equipment and vendors
• Verify equipment meets applicable regulatory requirements
• Not use our service for any unlawful purpose

Limitation of Liability

MedEquipmentConnect is not liable for any damages arising from transactions between users and vendors, equipment defects, or vendor representations. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for our services (which is typically zero for users).

Regulatory Compliance

Buyers are responsible for ensuring equipment meets FDA requirements, state health department regulations, and any other applicable laws before purchase and installation.
